Clayton girl in need of a heart-lung transplant has inspired an outpouring of community support


Local bloggers and websites Claycord.com and Mister Writer have updated the situation involving a 6-year-old girl named Katie Grace Groebner, whose family brought her from the midwest to this area to be closer to Stanford University hospital. She is suffering from a disease called pulmonary hypertension and will need a heart and lung transplant to have any chance of survival.
